Help Sweet Zara's Eye Surgery
Super sweet Zara's life turned upside down when her foster-to-adopters backed out and she was sent to boarding. Thankfully, she was able to find transport to go to Amarillo to a lovely foster home where she started rebuilding her confidence. Her spay and cherry eye surgery are yet to be completed and she found a spot at the Canyon Lake Vet on Friday, July 31. The cost of the surgery is around $500. This will allow Zara to heal and find her own home.

Help with Ices' Emergency Vet Bill
Sweet Ices' spay surgery was supposed to be an in and out event. She is calm and healthy. We planned to get it done, and send her to her forever home as soon as she healed. However, 3rd day after her surgery, Ices started having discharge from her incision. Her foster mom called their vet, and they asked her to bring her in. Unfortunately, when they were trying to load her into the vehicle, Ices' stitches came off and her entire intestine was hanging outside. Traumatized, but determined to save her, Ices' foster mom pressed her organs with her hand, while her son rushed them to the vet, where an emergency surgery was performed to suture everything in. Ices' life was saved. However we are trying to cover her emergency vet bill from this incident.
